I had a whole season to get used to the fact that this is the last season of his sexyness.  and now the production team has made it official, that they are ending the show at the end of April..

booo hooo..  which other universe is continuing house, I'm on my wayy there...

Rome

I remember the many times all of us friends would make plans and go see the Shakespeare drama competitions thrown by the high schools. it was always a fun day at the wendt to first see the audition rounds and then finding out who's slid to the finals.. and not to mention meeting up and chatting with many of our 'crushes' lol. oh the high school times!!! I wanna be 16 again.

so what I was trying to get at is, apart from all the flirting and mischief, I loved watching the actual dramas.  Quite competitive in their own way, and creative nonetheless.  Julius Caeser i must say was my favourite out of the dramas especially since I love the whole ancient roman, egypt and greek godness going on.. anthony and cleopatra, and mind you the asterix comic books (ya hah!), had me interested in JC.

recently a good friend recommended I watch the tv series Rome, that was aired in 2005-2007 ish. man is it ever good.  The story pretty much revolves around two Roman soldiers in the Roman Republic/JC's time, and closely related to the Julii.. they have spent so much time on the tiniest and most intricate details.. but it's a really good show if you are interested in that stuff. it seems like a huge production where they've spent oodles of money on the sets and costumes and what not. it's a shame that they had to let go of it after two seasons.  perhaps spent too much money! 

worlds of talent

This isn't a show I watch at all.  But the morning radio show I listen to while driving, was talking about it, and so was the afternoon show.. which made me come home and have a look-see on youtube..




She is in fact the 'precious' star's mother, but this woman has been singing at the NY subway station for two decades. such amazing talent.. it's crazy how all this talent in the world is hidden under rocks.. with many not seeing light at all. when people like this dumb blond is out there milking it.. with what talent?

saved many from week to week. loved Jason Castro's dreamy version. and Tim`s version this year wasn't too shabby either.

that song is quite a mind fuck for me, and leaves me funked up every time i listen to it.. nostalgia.. memories.. every single time. and ended up forcing me to stop watching my weekly tv shows and blog something. my Friday night babies..

farewell dolphin boy

the only deserving survivor this season was voted out last night.. he was almost unbeatable and needless to say he was my favourite.. great eye candy too btw :P

I'm pretty sad.. i kno it's not like i'm winning the million dollars right..

he swam like a dolphin.. and will surely be missed.. wish Ozzy could continue on but oh well..

you know what I was thinking, survivor being very entertaining as it is, it's one of the tv shows that teach people very bad morals like; lying, conning, cheating, misleading, etc..

.. i think it's probably the first time out of all seasons that i started watching american idol regularly. there's a lot of talent out there and also more freaks who shave their body hair just to be on tv..
anyways, this young fella David Archuleta was noticed by all the judges and the contestants, and i think he'd be a crowd favourite if he survive to go on to the next rounds..

the matrix still alive?

haven't been following the NBA games very very closely but i am a fan of the fellas from phx (not the boobs but the suns).

The suns have been on a 8 game winning streak i hear and it seems to be going down the drain since the warriors today are playing extremely well and may be a little too good. I didn't even know that there's a game going on, thanks to the continious channel flipping I ended up on a dose of nba.

seconds to call it a night and seems like the warriors are ending the suns winning streak, and they couldn't play any better.. anways, is nash too old now or ellis' too young for the aging suns? oh well everyone has a bad day..

fighting anorexia

While I was doing my online course discussion stuff after stuffing my face with rice and curry, I had the tv on and ET was on. I usually don't pay a lot of attention to it and let it run in the background while I'm on the computer.. anyways so tonight something caught my attention and they were talking about about this anorexic actress who weighs a mere 35KG. And now her tiny legs are peeling =S.. due to a side effect of anorexia.. holy :.. yeah it's the girl in the pic.. I felt so sorry for her coz now she's trying her best to gain weight and recover from her sad situation..

i used to be a stick and was a big time gastritis patient, and still remember the times my mom had to take me to the doc in the wee hours because of gastric ulcers and the whole acidic reaction thingy.. i used to be a gastritis patient not because i ever thought i was too heavy but because i used to share my lunch with friends in school and ended up not eating anything.. anyways, i'm over with it now and have gained one too many pounds and is thinking of hitting the gym but is too damn lazy..

on a more pleasant note, survivor is on tonight and this is it for the blog post because it's almost time for the show.. ohh there's an anorexic competitor in survivor too hmm!
